When Business Starts Feeling Like a Test

@everyone I recorded a podcast episode this week that came from a very real moment in my own business. At one point recently, I caught myself turning a number into a verdict. Not a signal. Not data. A verdict. And I realised how quickly business can stop feeling experimental and start feeling like a test. Pass or fail. That’s where the heaviness creeps in. In this episode, I unpack pass–fail thinking and how identity can quietly fuse with performance. If numbers have felt personal lately, this might resonate.
