@everyone Hey lovelies! Episode 52 of Inner Business is live this morning, and I wanted you to be the first to know. This one is close to the heart. It is a conversation about the moment after you make an aligned decision and suddenly everything in you starts wobbling. That moment where clarity meets discomfort. Where old patterns get loud. Where you wonder if you misread the signs. Inside the episode we explore why this happens, what your nervous system is trying to protect you from, and how to stay with yourself instead of abandoning the decision you felt so clear about. If you are in a wobble right now If doubt has crept in If you are questioning a choice that once felt like a full body yes This episode will support you. You can watch it here https://youtu.be/pfsdSKM5z7s As always, feel free to share what comes up for you when you listen. Your reflections tend to land for someone else in the room too. Big love, Selena
